Negative: Hot tub wasn't hot enough and pool is very cold. The room had ants from the day we checked in. Lack of breakfast variation.

Room sandals are provided Bathroom: spacious Breakfast: marvellous with multiple choices of food to choose from, sumptuous taste (both local and western) Staff: super friendly with great hospitality shown throughout our stay Location: have minimart next door, multiple eating places available all walking distance Pricing: worth every penny we paid

Negative: Our room was not efficiently insulated (see photo). But still we could sleep in the end. Hope the management will improve this so other guests will enjoy better experience
